Get Down 'M***** F*****!!!!

Here is 'Dog & Beth Chapman'... the Bounty Hunter... and they're little convict...

15 MONTH CHECK UP!

Hi Everyone,

1) No, Erica has not had her baby yet!
2) I ordered a new camera cord and it should be delivered this week, so hopefully you can see all the pictures I have saved in my camera
3) Steven and I WON 1st PLACE in a costume contest this weekend! We went as 'DOG' and Beth Chapman (of Bounty Hunter fame) VERY funny!

OK, so 15 month report for Dylan:

Height 33 inches (75th percentile)
Weight 22 pounds (25th percentile)
Head Circumfrence IDK? but it was 50th precentile.

He looks perfect! We are switching him to 2% milk per the new guidelines by the AAP. Dylan only got a flu shot this time. The doctor is still concerned with his 'trend' of getting a cold and having it head straight to his lungs. So, he has a nebulizer and pulmicort. Pulmicort is used to prevent asthma attacks. It works by decreasing irritation and swelling in the airways, which helps to control or prevent asthma symptoms. And then he also has the albuterol stuff for when he does have trouble breathing because of a cold. He never acts sick or anything like that, but you can hear him wheezing/breathing heavy.

She's going to be famous...

Hey everybody! If you didn't already know, MARLI was chosen to be a child spokesperson for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Pennies for Patients" campaign. Last week, she and 3 other children taped a PSA that will be airing on WUSA9.

Here is a link to the YouTube video. Marli is wearing white/pink.

It's Light The Night Time...

Dear Friends,

As you may know, my sister Kathy's six year-old daughter, Marli, was diagnosed with leukemia (ALL) in June of 2005. After a 3-year long treatment, Marli is currently in remission and attending 1st GRADE!!!

On Saturday, October 11, 2008, our family will be walking in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night® Walk to raise funds to help fight cancer. The Society is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services.

Here's a little video from Labor Day weekend...

Yes, we had a party... but no, I barely took any pictures.
What can I say? Crabs and Brand New Digital Cameras dont mix!
I got a few shots of Dylan.
And then there are a few of us out on the boat too... enjoy!

Oh NO! More molars... What a PAIN!

Seriously, when will this stop??? He's miserable and so are we. I hate seeing this baby in pain. Aarrgghh! Well, enough of that! Here are some recent photos...

Dylan in his new shoes... THANKS Aunt Erica. HE LOVES THEM!!!!!

Dylan attempting escape...

Dylan eating 'Biter Biscuits'. OK he LOVES them and I do not. How could they even make something so messy for babies? Anyway, he was so miserable last week I caved and gave him 3 in a row. This is the messiest we've ever seen him... enjoy!

If you look closely, you can see that pesky molar on the left side in the pic below.

Needless to say, he went straight from high chair to BATH!!

And what post would be complete without a video...

Oh NO... it's a .... MOLAR!

Well, it's official... right along with football season... it turns out it's MOLAR seaon too. Man, Dylan IS NOT enjoying this. He can't eat or sleep. He'S ALWAYS cranky OR crying. I feel so bad for him... and me, and steven, and roxy and amy and every else too! You would not believe the amount of tears and drool we've been seEing. He also has a slight fever, a runny nose AND diarreah. I'm saying, this teething thing sucks for sure! One came thRu already, but it looks like there is another following... we'll see!

I was going to add some new pics today, but unfortunate the camera is in my truck... and Steven has it, so you'll have to wait!

Hope everyone has a great weekend! Colleen Have a great birthday party! Should be a TON of FUN!

August Photos

Dylan has defintely progressed with his walking skills. He doesn't seem to mind crashing into things at all! He's so much fun to have around. He LOVES his pool and he loves chasing Roxy around.

Roxy had a tooth removed yesterday. She had a collision with another dog about a month ago and her tooth cracked. I guess the tooth died. Anyway, she was soooo out of it yesterday, but overall semed good. She got her teeth cleaned too, so we're hoping that means the end to her recent halitosis problem. PHEW!

Anyway, here are some pictures from August...

On our way to Wilmington, NC.

In the bathtub in Wilmington (we took video of him at the beach... stay tuned)

These are all from this past Sunday. We set the pool up in our side yard.

He's a WALKER!

Hey everyone. I'm updating to tell you that a mere 10 days after turning ONE, our little man is walking. No, I didn't get any video because I'm still child-proofing the house like a psysho. Anyway, he's still a crawler by most standards, but he will take anywhere form 2 to 10 steps before deciding that crawling is just faster. Very cute... sniff... my little boy is growing up!

And without further ado: "The Dylan Oliver 1st Birthday Montage!"
